About Kasandra Santana

I was born and raised in Minnesota, and I embrace the traditional values of honesty and professionalism. Growing up as part of my family’s construction business, I developed a unique perspective on homes and real estate. My background in construction taught me to look beyond what’s immediately visible to see a property’s potential, and always keeping my clients best interests as my first priority.

Real estate is much more than home buying or home selling. It’s about important financial and emotional investments and major lifestyle changes. I believe that my role as a real estate partner is listening carefully and understanding what my clients are looking for, and to assist them to make confident and informed decisions to achieve their goals. Whether buying, selling, or investing, I want my clients to feel supported and know they have someone who is genuinely in their corner.

I strive to live with integrity, gratitude, and kindness in both my professional and personal life. Growing up in a Spanish-speaking family and being fluent in both Spanish and English has shaped who I am, and allows me to connect with and serve a wide range of clients.

In addition to ten years in the construction and landscaping business, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Hamline University. Outside of real estate, I love spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, exploring Minnesota, and making the people around me laugh.
